Mars Markets Corp. together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Mars,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your concerns about privacy.   Mars operates a website at https://www.marsmarkets.com including subdomain(s) thereof (the “Site”) as well as one or more mobile apps (collectively, the “Platform”).  By using the Platform, you accept this Privacy Policy, as well as our Terms of Use (marsmarkets.com/termsofuse), as may be amended from time to time.

This Privacy Policy discloses which information we collect and how we use it, as well as the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. We also explain how any personal and/or personally identifiable information that we may request will be used. This Privacy Policy applies to you whenever you access or use the Site, or when you access, use, or download any products, services, features, content, materials, or other tools offered on the Platform (collectively, “Services”).

Information we Collect

To provide the Services and facilitate use of the Platform, we collect personal and financial information (“Personal Data”).  Personal data includes information obtained directly from you, as well as indirectly through electronic communications and third parties.

Use of the Services

We (and/or our service providers) may automatically and/or passively collect information about your access, such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit, and page views through the use of log files.  We (and/or our service providers) use this aggregated information in the administration of our web site to improve its usability and to evaluate the success of particular marketing/advertising campaigns, search engine optimization strategies and other marketing activities.  We (and/or our service providers) use non-identifying and aggregated information to help optimize our web site based on the needs of our users.

We may receive information about you from our trusted business partners and service providers. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Sharing Information with Other Parties

Web-related Information Collection

Compliance with State and Federal Laws

This privacy policy may not constitute your entire set of privacy rights, as these may also vary from state to state. To be certain of your privacy rights, you may wish to contact the appropriate agency in your state that is charged with overseeing privacy rights of consumers. Certain regulations issued by state and/or federal government agencies may require us to maintain and report demographic information on the collective activities of our membership. We may also be required to maintain your personal information for at least seven years in order to comply with applicable federal and state laws regarding recordkeeping, reporting and audits.

California Privacy Rights

Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), residents of California have certain rights concerning a business with which the California resident has an established business relationship regarding the Personal Data the business collects, uses and discloses.

California residents have the right to know what Personal Data a business has about them. California residents can obtain a report of this Personal Data once every twelve (12) months.

When California residents terminate their accounts on the Platform, they have the right to have their information forgotten, except to the extent the Platform is prohibited by law from deleting the information.

Mars reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter this Privacy Policy at any time.  When we revise this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, and it shall be effective immediately upon the posting thereof.  We may also notify you via email in the event of any substantive or material changes.  Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes and/or modifications to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance thereof.  We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit children to use the Services. The Platform is not designed to attract children under the age of 18, and we do not intentionally or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

Data Security

We have adopted physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect Personal Data in our custody and control against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure.
